Over 20 years of experience in corporate finance and strategy. Matthieu started his career at PwC Advisory and spent more than 10 years as an investment banker in Belgium and New York. He has been a board member of SMT Holding since 2017 where his main focus has been on governance, global financing and external growths matters.

23 years of experience in the Automotive and Construction Equipment Business, including significant international experience gained from roles in AB Volvo Group companies, Mack Trucks and Renault Trucks, International Operations for South Asia, Australia and New Zealand, Commercial Manager in Algeria, and Managing Director of Greater Paris Dealership. Jérôme joined the company in 2012 as CEO of SMT Africa.

Over 30 years experience in the fields of construction and industrial equipment rental, sales and construction. His career highlights include his contributions to Herc Rentals, his instrumental role in the expansion of Ames Taping Tools, the development of a niche strategy at Virginia Abrasives, and his recent involvement in the expansion efforts at Uperio.
