With an SMT maintenance contract, you’re choosing peace of mind, continuity and professional maintenance in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications. This ensures your machinery remains in top condition and helps you avoid unnecessary downtime.
Always in control of maintenance, costs and uptime
Maintenance that goes beyond mere servicing
At SMT, we believe that proper maintenance is the foundation of reliable performance. That is why we offer maintenance contracts as part of our OneCSA concept. This allows you to choose a service model that grows with your needs, from basic insight and support to a fully managed service.
OneCSA comprises four service levels: Connect, Maintain, Enhance and Optimise. Each level offers an appropriate level of support, tailored to your machine, application and business operations.

Why choose a maintenance contract?
The benefits at a glance
With an SMT maintenance contract, you benefit from maintenance carried out in accordance with the manufacturer’s guidelines and retain full control over maintenance schedules and costs. This ensures less downtime and higher availability of your machinery. You can count on the support of experienced SMT specialists, whilst at the same time preserving the value of your machinery. Thanks to telematics and data, you also gain continuous insight into the performance and usage of your equipment.
What’s included?
SMT’s maintenance contracts include various elements that contribute to the reliable and predictable operation of your machinery. This means you’ll work with a proactive maintenance plan in line with the manufacturer’s guidelines, and labour hours and travel costs for periodic maintenance visits within normal working hours are included. Oils and filters for 500- and 1,000-hour services are also part of the contract, including the disposal of used oils and the collection of filters.
In addition, the parts required for routine maintenance are provided, and you benefit from an annual comprehensive BMWT inspection and software updates. Depending on the service level you choose, you can count on additional peace of mind, such as a powertrain warranty and component warranty for the duration of the contract. In its most comprehensive form, even a full-service option is available, taking all the hassle off your hands. Furthermore, telematics is included as standard, giving you continuous insight into the usage and performance of your fleet.
The exact terms of the maintenance contract always depend on the chosen contract type, the type of machine and the application.
Smarter planning with real-time machine insights
Telematics is a standard feature within OneCSA. These solutions provide real-time insight into the performance and deployment of your machinery. This enables you to plan more efficiently, save fuel and carry out maintenance at the right time.
SMT also uses this data to flag the need for preventive maintenance in good time. This allows you to take machines out of production at a logical time and avoid unwanted downtime.
