Maintenance parts : All parts used are genuine OEM supplied parts, supplied just in time for your service

Annual inspection inc. Software update: A fully trained SMT engineer will come to your machine at a minimum once a year to carry out updates to all your ECUs plus a full machine visual inspection.  Updates to ECUs are vital to ensure that your machine has the latest software setting so that it is working at its optimum level.

Telematics: Connect provides access to location, machine hours, Geofencing and status report.

Maintain and above includes access to operation and production reports.

Condition based monitoring (ProCare): Your machine health will be monitored for the duration of the contract by dedicated desk based engineers, reviewing error messages from the machine and observations from visiting engineers reports.  Recommendations will be made to you as to the best actions to ensure your machine is operating at it optimum.

Standard oils: SMT will provide all the correct OEM spec oils for all the oil changes that the machine requires

Standard oil sampling: Using Volvos advanced lab to analyse each of the oils on the machine SMT will provide the oil sample results in MySMT, available for reference at any time..

Standard Maintenance service: Provision of the parts required to service and maintain the machine over the duration of the agreement as per the manufacturers guidelines PLUS includes all the labour and travel cost for the work to be carried out by a fully trained SMT engineer including a visual machine inspection at each visit.

Fluid analysis and advise: SMT offer fluid analysis via the Volvo Fluid analysis lab, the results are made available in MySMT for the customer to access at any time. In addition, the results are imported into ProCare where the uptime engineers are notified if there is any escalation required
