SMT GB has acquired Kioti UK Ltd from the Pols Group

SMT GB has acquired Kioti UK Ltd from the Pols Group, following the wider purchase of Pols Group by SMT Netherlands in January 2025. The formal transfer of the Kioti UK business into SMT GB will take place on 31st March 2026.

Kioti will further enhance and broaden our product offering, complementing both the Volvo and Dynapac brands. All three brands operate through a partner network, which is the core business model for our compact division, and Kioti aligns perfectly with this approach.

Over the coming months, the Kioti UK team will relocate from their current site in St Neots, Cambridgeshire, to the SMT GB's Duxford location. Once the transition is complete, they will become an integral part of the expanding compact hub we are establishing at Duxford.
