In 2022, ROMCO was acquired by SMT, a full-service equipment distribution company operating across more than 30 countries and employing over 1,600 people worldwide. Founded in 2010, SMT has grown into a global organization with operations spanning Europe and Africa, built around a portfolio of premium equipment brands that includes Volvo Construction Equipment, Sennebogen, SDLG and others.
