Flexible Rental Terms to Fit Your Project

ROMCO offers daily, weekly, monthly and long-term rental options to give you the flexibility to get the equipment you need on your terms. If your project runs longer than originally planned, we can extend your rental term without disruption. For customers with long-term needs or high rental volume, rates are negotiable. Contact our team to discuss the options available to you.

If you're considering a purchase but want to try a machine first, ROMCO also offers a Rent to Purchase Option (RPO) that allows you to apply a portion of your rental payments toward the purchase of the equipment.

Every Rental Unit Is Rent-Ready Before It Leaves Our Facility

ROMCO maintains an average fleet age of 20 months, and every unit goes through a thorough rent-ready process before it goes out on a rental. Each machine is inspected, washed and repaired if necessary, then verified through a formal rent-ready inspection to confirm it meets our standards before reaching your jobsite. All units are subject to age and hour requirements and are retired from the rental fleet when they reach those thresholds.

Breakdown Support When You Need It

If a rental machine breaks down on your jobsite, ROMCO dispatches a technician to diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve the issue. Our standard response time for rental breakdowns is 24 hours or less. If a unit isn't field repairable or the repair timeline isn't reasonable for your operation, a replacement machine will be evaluated as an option to minimize your downtime.

Equipment Orientation and Startup Support

ROMCO provides feature-specific training and general unit orientation for customers renting equipment they may not be fully familiar with. For complex equipment, we also offer on-site support during initial startup to make sure your team is ready to operate the machine safely and efficiently from day one.
